What is ezbuy Prime?
Ezbuy Prime is a subscribed membership programme exclusive to ezbuy existing customers. This programme enables subscriber to enjoy unlimited parcel being shipped from oversea to your doorstep with only RM8.80 nett per checkout for Prime eligible items. Besides, Prime member can also enjoy lowest 4% agent fee for Prime eligible items.
**To subscribe ezbuy Prime membership, you are required to pay an annual fee amounted RM188. Currently, customers can get a 30-day trial membership with RM18.80.

If you are new to ezbuy, below are a simple step-by-step guide to shop.
1. Head to & Register as user.
Click “Register” on right top to .
2. Add shipping address to your account.
(My Account > My Settings > New Address)
3. Start shopping!
As mentioned, only Prime eligible items are entitled RM8.80 shipping fee. Hence, to shop for Prime eligible items, click “” on the menu bar.
Alternatively, you can check the tiny box beside the word “Prime” if you search your item at normal webpage. All Prime eligible items will be displayed when you check the box.
Choose your desired item and add to cart. You may check your cart items on the right. Click “Checkout” to check out your items.
Don’t forget to double check all your items. On this page, you can write a note to seller by clicking the first of the three icon beside every item’s row.
The total will be shown on the right. For Prime shipping, it will be RM8.80 nett; else, it will show the normal air freight rate.
4. Top up to pay.
(My Account > My Payment > My Prepay)
Unlike some online store, ezbuy requests user to top up their e-wallet in order to pay the order. They support e-banking, online banking, cash deposit, debit/credit card.
You probably may ask what’s the difference between e-banking and online banking? Both are online transfer. Nonetheless, e-banking is supported by MolPay, user must top up minimum RM60 per transaction. Meanwhile, online banking is to head to your own bank website, Maybank, for instance, to do the transfer manually. Then, submit your transfer details when you are done. It has more steps, but you can top up any amount you want to.
ezbuy will send you a text message once your e-wallet has been topped up. ezbuy will also automatically deduct the amount of payment if you owe any money.
5. Wait for you parcel to be delivered!
