Through the photo, I am sure you can see two different colors of fillings. The golden yellow is the salted egg, while the lighter creamy one is the cheese lava. The cheese tart smells super duper great when it is taken out from the oven. I can easily taste the salted egg and cheese in one bite. However, the salted egg doesn’t taste as strong as I expected. Nonetheless, it is appealing and creamy. The “melt in your mouth” experience is awesome!
