Chinese cuisine is really interesting and their foods are really delicious that’s why I can eat at any Chinese restaurant coz I know I am at home with their food
Sin Yee
Yes they are using Chinese cooking style, but it is more Muslims way. Hmmm. Maybe very can say it is chinese fusion cuisine.
Franc Ramon
They have different treats in each restaurants. They seem to offer really good variety and foods with rich taste.
Sin Yee
Yes. If every restaurant has the same chef’s pick, it will not be their special nor signature dish anymore.
Jasmine Watts
‘Sze Chuan spicy chicken’ is looking good… but can I get it non-spicy after special request?
Sin Yee
The uniqueness of Si Chuan soup is its spicy sour taste. So, i don’t think you can get a special request not to have spice in it. Because that is totally not Si Chuan soup.

The photos made me more eager to get to Malaysia. We will be there this Sept.
Sin Yee
Try one of them when you come to Malaysia.

No, I have not tried a Chinese Muslim restaurant, I didn’t know that there is such a category, but I would not have known the difference. The food looks so good, I looooove seafood, in fact, I grew up in a family that prefers to eat fish, seafood and veggies. 🙂
Sin Yee
Chinese Muslims formed because Chinese converted into Muslims. I don’t think there is a very big community so you don’t need to be suprise if you don’t know this category. But if you got the chance, try out the food.
Pal Raine
I love to eat Chinese food and I also tried once from a Muslim dish(this is during my nephews baptismal)….and I loved it too! Both have a distinct flavors.
Sin Yee
Chinese muslims is a very small community. They are Chinese who converted their religion to Islam. That’s why they have come out with so unique cuisine.
